‘We at JUMO are delighted that you are now taking off as JUMO young talents. You have always acted as reliable team players,’ said Head of Human Resources Alexandra Dantmann. Dantmann emphasised that JUMO is an attractive employer and offers careers with prospects for school leavers. ‘Applications in the industrial-technical and commercial fields for 1 August 2025 are still possible at any time,’ said Dantmann and encouraged the graduates to “drum up” for JUMO among their friends and acquaintances.

Training manager Frank Blasinger praised the commitment and emphasised: ‘You wanted to advance JUMO as a system and solution provider right from the start, and you were fully focused on your field of work.’ The convincing final results speak for themselves.

The graduates received gifts in recognition of their good performance. Works Council Chairman Torsten Nebenführ also congratulated the new specialists and emphasised the importance of their achievements. During the subsequent meal, the successful trainees shared anecdotes from their training period.

Leon Helle (industrial mechanic/IM), Finn Hoßfeld (IM), Timon Koch (IM), Pascal Weber (IM), Nadeem Malik (industrial clerk/IK), Niclas Kaib (IK) and Katharina Schmitt (IK) successfully completed their training. They will be employed in areas such as analytical measurement technology, pressure measurement technology and service.
