Temperature registration

During wort cooling, the beer flows more quickly or slowly through the cooler depending on the temperature. So that the process is quick but also constant, the beer temperature and the differential pressure are monitored by a recorder, which can also trigger an alarm if the cooling system fails.

The JUMO LOGOSCREEN 600 paperless recorder offers numerous functions in addition to tamper-proof recording and monitoring of the temperature. Together with the hygienic JUMO dTRANS T100 RTD temperature probe and the JUMO dTRON controller you can achieve an optimal and reliable cooling process.
